As vice president of Rudolph Investments, Joseph Havens is an expert at overseeing tenant relations and asset management. Joe joined Cardinal Title, a Rudolph affiliate company, in 2014 and earned his title licensure in 2016. While with Cardinal he gained extensive experience dealing with real estate transactions.
Joe is talented at bringing people together; thus, he thoroughly enjoys his work at Rudolph, which involves various tenants with varying needs. As part of his role, he also coordinates service and maintenance for Rudolph’s physical assets. Joe brings a sharp knowledge of the management issues surrounding the real estate industry, and a keen interest in staying current with industry trends. He is personally involved in buying and developing real estate assets.
Prior to joining the team, Joe attended the University of Colorado and graduated in 2010 with a B.A. in English. He is an avid outdoorsman and plays music as a drummer for several bands. He is also passionate about fishing, hiking, camping, and disc golf.
